As the clock struck 12 this past Sunday, the doors to the Maritime Hotel’s Hiro Ballroom swung open to reveal a sea of club kids and fashion folk bopping to the music of an onstage DJ, just in time for the bar to legally resume serving alcohol. After all, it was only noon.
