Many many moons ago, I lived in a city called Melbourne. The dollar was strong and we'd buy lots of champagne and drink at our Australian friends' houses. Then we'd sometimes go to dive bars in St. Kilda and play the jukebox and dance like there was nobody else there. That's how I discovered this instant dance party song, which I've never heard outside the distant continent.
