I've been in major eBay bidding mode of late, which means I'll make up excuses as to why I might be a little late for a meet-up simply to stay and bid on a record that nobody else really wants anyway.

Today, however, I was watching an auction for this vintage Benetton rugby polo even though it had gone way higher than anything I would ever pay for it. Can you guess the final bidding price?


ONE HUNDRED AND SEVENTY SEVEN DOLLARS!!! Congratulations jedgeworth, wherever you may be in the U.S. of A. $177 could have bought you lots of other crappy '80s memorabilia but none that will match this album cover (another auction I was also watching):
