Jabr al-Faifi, reportedly one of several former Guantanamo Bay detainees who were returned to Saudi Arabia for rehabilitation in December 2006. He then rejoined al-Qaeda in Yemen before turning himself in to Saudi authorities for involvement with the latest plane bomb plot.
