According to La Dolce Michael Musto, Mr. Black v.2.0 has been closed for tax evasion. Didn't Julius' go through the same thing last summer? Hopefully they can reopen just as quickly, since this past Saturday was legendary, especially upstairs.

Mr. Black, my favorite new club--which is actually the relocated version of the place that shut down last year after a drug raid crippled it--has just been seized by the tax man! There are signs on the place saying officials have taken it over for non payment of New York State taxes! This place is fucking cursed!
UPDATE: An employee tells me that the club is not closed at all. It's that monstrosity next door having all the troubles.
