NEIGHBORLY ART INSTALLATIONS
Looking out my window and across the way, a funny little rooftop "art" installation might catch your eye.
Upon closer inspection, you will see 1) a skeleton on a swing (?), 2) a fake crow perched atop a pole (??), 3) three multi-color light-up globes surrounded by 4) clusters of tall (and probably fake) grass. WTF?

No. Those are rooftop chairs, presumably for relaxation around the skeleton.
