GOOD TIMES: WILLIAM'S ROCKIN' PIXIES PARTY

Many months ago, one of my former bartenders named William from my short-lived but awesome party, Twin Cheeks, asked if he could have an all out rock 'n' roll bash at our weekly Wednesday Good Times party at Eastern Bloc. And so two weeks ago, we delivered on our promise of an all things Kim and Kelly Deal party.

Loving the "vintage" Conan O'Brien tonight show shirt and the bearded beauty wearing it.

Miss Jimmy (left) was also on hand to help DJ the rock 'n' roll festivities, as well as our favorite Brit rocker Kele (the black one), who is actually now more dance than rock but we're loving his new album nonetheless.

We sold our souls for rock 'n' roll and all we got were these black duds to show for it.

Someone actually remarked that these sexy frenchmen, Jean Charles (left) and Ludo, looked like they were straight out of a Tom of Finland book. Of course they jetted to the Eagle before I could relay the message.

The Kim and Kelly deal theme even inspired non-twins to wear matching polos!

No aloha?

HAPPY BIRTHDAY WILLIAM (center)! As your birthday present, you get to play fuck, marry and kill with Frankie (left), Lukas (right) and, ummm, bartender Darren.

Kele (left) is not feeling Andy's natural man scent at this point in time.

Hello sailor.

Tiny toons.

DJ Andy (left) and Hunter, hanging out in front of a curious Casey in search of something, somewhere.

Me and my new neighbor Matt! I couldn't post pics last week because I was busy moving but now that I'm all settled, I can march across the street to my lovely neighbor's apt and raid his freezer for frozen wedding cake samples morning, noon and night.

I smell an Arcade Fire song coming up next courtesy of Jimmy.

The drinking started reeeeeeeal early that night for William.

The most picture perfect boy, in the company of two picture perfect ladies.

Evans (right) and Chris are also part of the former Twin Cheeks crew, though that crew has pretty much moved entirely to Eastern Bloc now despite the stellar sound system at the Cock, which I revisited only last week.

YES TO A FISHNET TOP WITH A BOWTIE!

Uh oh. Chris (left) is giving Kele that not so fresh feeling as well.

Mike V. (left) and Andy H., enjoying a night filled with Black Francis and hits off the first Breeders album, Pod, that rarely get airplay in our neck of the woods.

Rocking the other type of beard.

I did not even recognize this beauty when she marched through the door and straight to the back but I later came to learn that there'd be a surprise performance by Good Times superstar Stephanie Stone.

Maybe Jimmy played something off the Chili Peppers' Mothers Milk album?

Come on ride the train.

William's birthday party was pretty major. If only there were more rock 'n' roll fag bar parties these days, or more rock mixed into with the hits. Everyone loves a little Zeppelin, right?

Gary "Garbear" (left) and Justin, who also celebrated a June birthday not too long ago but his bday was 80s porn themed and took place poolside on the island of fire and involved runwaying.

Stephanie and her harem.

Good Times!, despite the frowns of Jimmy and Sam, which are probably the result of something Kelvin did or said right before snapping this pic.

Getting ready for a wave of mutilation, because here comes...

...MISS STEPHANIE STONE!

Singing the Eurhythmics classic, Would I Lie to You. All four minutes of it.

"MY FRIENDS! KNOW WHAT'S IN STORE!" (Oh yes we do.)

Steph knows how to deliver a birthday present and she did not disappoint.

In fact, you know its sumpthin' when the birthday boy is giving the performer presents. Thanks Steph!

Ladies love William. Actually, we all do, even when he gets real cranky behind the bar and yells at customers. Love you William!

Fashionista Michael W. (right) can add lighting technician to his ever-growing resume now that he helped sync the high tea lights to my ultra-pop set on Fire Island the other week.

Popping a squat or dropping reeeeal low?

SISTERS.

Hiding from the camera or covertly requesting Britney Spears' 3?

Pretty much an all night dance party, which was thoroughly enjoyed by all.

Thank you William and thank you Steph. You guys are da best.

Then this random guy walked in just as everyone had filtered out and this happened.

See you next week at Good Times, where you might get lucky late night!
